The towers are located in front of the southern entrance gate to the Fiera area: the lower one juts out almost as if to mark the pedestrian route leading to the Congress Centre.
The cross-shaped element connecting them at the base emphasises the accesses to the towers and serves as the main junction of the routes leading to the general services (cafeteria, restaurant, meeting rooms, etc.)

The project of the towers designed by architect Dominique Perrault is part of the so-called Parco delle architetture at Fieramilano, which includes Massimiliano Fuksas's exhibition district, Mario Bellini's multi-storey car parks, Andreas Kipar's public green spaces and the central office designed by 5+1AA Alfonso Femia Gianluca Peluffo with Jean Baptiste Pietri.
The hotel has now become a true landmark in the horizontal skyline of the Milanese metropolitan area: two pure geometric shapes emerging from the flat land, inclined by 5 degrees and with a maximum height of 60 metres.

Characteristics
In total, the hotel has 400 rooms, 6 suites, a fitness floor, meeting areas, cafeterias and restaurants.
The external image is strongly characterised by the shiny black stoneware cladding which gives the towers a vibrant effect as the light changes during the day. The openings in the façades, of different sizes, punctuate the different fronts following an irregular pattern, adding complexity to the monolithic simplicity of the two volumes.
At the base, in addition to the parking areas, large pools of water reflect the silhouette of the towers, giving the complex an even more striking image.
